A local Lithuanian company, providing services for the physical destruction of storage media, had a problem with attracting corporate clients. These types of organizations most often require permanent data deletion by degaussing and then physically destroying the media. In addition, the company was looking for additional service options without the need to involve its employees.

Action taken

Purchase of a ProDevice ASM120 degausser.

Training in the use of degausser software.

Undertaking marketing activities to promote the new service.

The results

  • Became a local leader in the provision of data removal in the Pre-Paid model.

  • The signing of a contract with five companies in the local economic zone for regular rental of equipment for irreversible data destruction in the “Just in time” model.

  • Extension of the offer to Scandinavian markets.
